Cascade Living emerged from a personal journey toward intentional, peaceful living. Our founders first discovered Chiang Mai's mountain foothills while seeking respite from urban intensity, drawn by the region's natural tranquility and the presence of mindful communities. What began as a personal search evolved into a calling to help others find their own highland sanctuaries.
We established Cascade Living in early 2019 with a simple yet meaningful purpose: to connect people with properties that support contemplative lifestyles. The name "Cascade" reflects our philosophy—just as mountain streams flow naturally through the landscape, we believe the right living space allows life to unfold with greater ease and harmony.
